Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and men should wear a suit and tie or sports coat. The ceremony is outside, so be comfortable!

The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Homestead Venue at the base of Lookout Mountain. The ceremony will take place outside in front of Peacock Hall, and the reception will be inside the celebration barn directly to the left of Peacock Hall. In the case that it rains, we will have a tent set up in the courtyard for the reception, and the ceremony will take place inside the barn.

Our #1 goal for you as our guests is to be comfortable. As soon as the ceremony is over, we invite you to enter the barn and find your seat. The bride and groom will spend some time after the ceremony taking additional pictures with their wonderful photographer, Ashley Overby. Dinner will be buffet-style and will be served by table number. We encourage our guests to start eating as soon as they have their food!

There is a parking lot behind Peacock Hall where venue staff will direct you once you have entered the property. We encourage everyone to carpool, if possible!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Yes! Our wonderful vendor, Events With Taste, has accommodated some vegetarian options for our guests. Please let us know if you have any allergies ahead of time so we can accommodate!

We are optimistic and are shooting for near perfect! November in Chattanooga can vary, but the temperatures range anywhere from the low 50's to high 70's. Since our ceremony is outside, we ask that you please dress accordingly in the case that it is chilly! The reception is in the barn which is heated.
