When do I need to RSVP?

April 1st, 2025

What is happening at the reception weekend?

We want to celebrate with you!! We are inviting everyone to stay the weekend at "the cabin" to relax and spend time with family and friends. We will have our formal wedding reception on Friday night, then spend the day enjoying time with our friends and family on Saturday. We hope you will stay for the whole weekend!!

What should I wear?

Friday night is formal garden party attire for the reception. Please dress nicely for the reception on Friday, women we will be on grass so think about what shoes you wear! The rest of the weekend bring what makes you comfortable, make sure to bring a swim suit as we plan to go to a lake on Saturday.

Where do I stay for the reception?

The rooms at the cabin will be given out by invite only. Everyone else is welcome to bring a tent and camp on the property(all meals are included please do not bring food that needs refrigeration if you are camping as fridge space will be limited). If you have an RV/camper please reach out to make arrangements if you want to park your RV/camper on the property OR make your own arrangements at a camp ground. If camping is not for you the city of Cle Elum has hotels and airbnb's available! Please let us know if you need help with making arrangements.

Where do I park for the reception at "the cabin"?

We will be directing where to park upon arrival. Since the property cannot accommodate all the cars, we will have some off site parking. You will be welcome to drive up to drop off passengers but will be directed to park off site. If you are staying in town please try to coordinate carpooling as much as possible with others staying in town to reduce the number of cars we need to find parking for.

Can I bring my kids or dogs?

No, this is not a kid friendly weekend. Please leave dogs at home or find arrangements for them off the property. As much as we would love to have all the dogs there, we can not allow dogs because there would be more dogs than people!
