Our Wedding

Sarah and Nick met while working at Crouse Hospital. Nick works as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, and Sarah works throughout the hospital as a Speech Language Pathologist. It took almost a month for Nick to work up the courage to ask Sarah out for dinner, but they finally had their first date; December 20th, 2023. Since their first date, they knew that they would be spending the rest of their lives together. It took only a couple months for them to move in with each other, blending Nick's dog Libbie and Sarah's cat Zoey (he/him); a match made in Heaven. Nick proposed to Sarah on their one year anniversary; December 20th, 2024. They found out along the way that they have so much in common. During the winter they both love to ski. During the summer they enjoy their days on Owasco Lake. They love to visit new restaurants and breweries in the off seasons, with the occasional round of golf. Regardless of the season, they love each other and end every day happy and laughing. They can't wait to take on the world as husband and wife; starting on December 20th, 2025.

Started as teammates on the swim team, to college roommates, to post college roommates, to Syracuse residents and Bville neighbors.  We have shared unwavering friendship through every chapter, she is my best friend soulmate.

Best friend since the first day of work at Crouse Hospital in 2021.   She is the friend I made when I was in the middle of figuring out a lot of my early adult life.  We have been inseparable since the day I interviewed there.

Best friend and graduate school roommate, a ride or die friend who is always down for a spontaneous night,  a concert, a comedy show, a brewery, a pool party, a game night.  You name it, Kaila is there.

Began as a study partner in undergraduate school, and now remains a very best friend, puzzle partner and fellow Bravo TV enthusiast.  From being goofy one moment, to deeply emotional the next, Hayley is a "no matter what" kind of friend.

We started as co-workers at Bishop nursing home, bringing much needed joy to the building and to each other.  This bond between us quickly grew to include friendship far beyond work. She is my animal loving, take-out food eating, fellow libra, bestie for life.
