Please arrive by 4:00pm. This will allow for time to park and travel across the venue to the ceremony that will start promptly at 4:30pm

Hopelands by the Bay is located at Rocky Hill Country Day School (530 Ives Road, East Greenwich, RI). The entrance is on the right and comes up quickly and is tucked away a little bit. Sometimes the GPS will take you to the second entrance which is fine, follow the signs to the ceremony space. You will be driving through a residential neighborhood before you approach RHCD and the parking lot. This is a one-way lot, please park alongside the tennis courts.

A shuttle service will be offered to and from the venue if you are staying in the room block hotel. Additionally, Uber and Lyft services are available in this area.

We will be offering passed appetizers during cocktail hour followed by a buffet. The buffet will offer chicken, fish, and beef and a variety of sides.

The bar will close at 9:00pm and the wedding reception will end at 10:00pm.
