Sarah and Chris met online and quickly decided to go on their first date. They decided to meet at a restaurant called the Office to have dinner and drinks. Sarah got there first and anxiously waited for Chris. The more she sat there, the more nervous and nauseous she got. She reminded herself she was just trying to get back out there plus she never really thought she would go for a guy with a man bun anyways. Then Chris showed up and she was surprised how handsome he was even with the man bun! He had such a great smile! As soon as he said hello and sat down, Chris quickly ripped off the band-aid and informed Sarah that he forgot his wallet but still swore he would pay for dinner. This, believe it or not, put Sarah at ease (he was human). After enjoying dinner and meaningful conversation, Chris held up his promise and paid for dinner. Since Chris paid for dinner, Sarah said she owed Chris a drink to repay him sometime which was the perfect excuse for another date.

After more and more time together and after meeting Sarah’s family, Chris surprised Sarah with a trip to Germany to meet his son David for the first time on Christmas. She had such a great time getting to meet David and see what an amazing son he was. So much so that after meeting him, Sarah was sold and that was it for her, she was hooked!

Since then life has been filled with some of their favorite things…playing nintendo switch with David, traveling to Germany and Europe, getting stuck in London, weekend trips to New York, hiking, game nights with friends, sporting events, dancing in the kitchen, and they are looking forward to whatever the next sunrise brings.
