Please plan on arriving between 3:30-3:45 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 pm so please make sure you are in your seat and ready ahead of time. If late you may be asked to wait to join the party at cocktail hour.

Yes, the dress code will be formal. A tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred. If opting for a suit, a formal dark suit, white shirt, and a tie are acceptable. For women, a floor-length gown, a fancy long cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit are all acceptable. Please no heels less than 1-inch in diameter - per our venues requirements. Dress and suit examples are at the bottom of this page!

There is a parking lot adjacent to the venue, it is shared with the neighboring golf course.

January is a pleasant month in Orlando with average highs of 71 degrees and average lows around 50 degrees. We will be eating outside so please bring a jacket or pullover if necessary.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

We do not have a hotel block but there are a ton of hotels to chose from in the surrounding areas.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be held outside.

Orlando International or Sanford are great options.

Yes! Come prepared to party and make sure you have a plan to get home safely.

We will have a small wedding registry available on our wedding site for those who prefer to give gifts. You can also contribute to our honeymoon fund.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to give a gift please have it sent to our home in Kansas as we will be flying back after the wedding and unable to bring much with us.
