The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the event space at The Roundhouse The address is: 2 East Main Street Beacon, NY 12508.

A shuttle will be provided between the Hyatt House & Hilton Garden Inn hotels and the Roundhouse to transport guests to/from the wedding on Sunday. Details will be available at the hotel on the wedding weekend. If you are driving to the Roundhouse, there is plenty of parking on site. For anyone traveling to/from NYC: Metro North goes to Beacon! Please check train times for 6/30 to plan your trip.

Weather permitting, the cermony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.

We love your children, but we cannot accommodate guests under age 16 at the wedding or other weekend events, with the exception of our nephew. We appreciate your understanding

Yes! The Roundhouse does have stairs, but there is an elevator available for those with any mobility needs.

Yes. We have a block of rooms at the Hyatt House and the Hilton Garden Inn, both in Fishkill, NY. Please see "Accomodations" page for more information on how to book a room. Please note that the room block rate ends on 5/30 at both hotels.

"Smart Casual" - We suggest sundresses and sandals for women and button-down shirts with pants/shorts for men. Please, no athletic wear. This event is mostly outdoors, so please dress for the weather.

The reception ends at 10:00pm. We are not planning an organized after party at this time, but perhaps a spontaneous one will happen - we'll see where the night takes us!
