Our love story began in April 2022. After a promising Friday evening conversation on Bumble, we met up the next morning for coffee, pastries, and people-watching at Lake Merritt. The connection was undeniable; we were instantly two old friends enthralled in conversation.

After a second date that stretched into an entire weekend, we became official and have been inseparable ever since. Our lives have grown together in the best ways: we've travelled to Japan, Blake taught Sarah how to weight lift, Sarah finds the can't-miss food wherever we are, and we created the loveliest home in Berkeley together.

We recently celebrated the two year anniversary of our first date with coffee and pastries at the lake, albeit with one small difference; at the end, we got engaged! We couldn't be more excited to celebrate our marriage with you at Lake Merritt, a place that continues to hold so much significance in our relationship. See you there!
