When and where do I RSVP?
You can RSVP on our website.
What if I can't make it?
You will be missed but please still RSVP saying you can not make it so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a guest?
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.
Can I bring my kids?
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, if you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund. Mommy and Daddy need a break! You can find the link to our Honeyfund in our registry.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest a suit, blazer, or button-down with pants for men. A dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work for women.
What will the weather be like?
Although we can’t predict the exact weather, and temperature in May. Weather permitting we will have the ceremony outside
Where should I stay?
We have reserved a hotel room block at LaBanqe Hotel. You can call and ask for Sarah to make your hotel reservation.
Will transportation be provided?
We are not providing transportation to and from the event, but the ceremony and reception are in the same location and plenty of parking is available. If you do not wish to drive, we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. You can leave your car overnight it will be locked behind a gate and we suggest taking an Uber or Lyft to end your night. The parking lot opens back up at 6/7 AM
What time should I arrive?
Please plan on arriving at 4:30 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 5:00.
Can I take photos?
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! We will have a QR code available to share all those fun pictures.
What happens after the Ceremony?
After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, cocktails, and light hors d’oeuvres. Then after that is when the real party happens! woot woot!
Will there be an open bar?
Duh!
What time does the reception end? Will there be an after party?
The reception will end at 10:00 pm, but we can continue the celebration at 1645 Evergreen!
Can I smoke on the property?
The venue has designated smoking spots on the property.
