Q + A

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 21st July 2023 so we can have an accurate headcount and confirm meal choices.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have chosen to have a small wedding celebration with just close family and friends. We have therefore planned for specific numbers, so only the guests named on the invitation are invited to attend.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love our little ones, this is an adult-only wedding (exception for children under 12 months).

What should I wear?

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a dress or dressy separates for women and a suit for men.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue(s)?

We are not providing any formal transportation for the event, but our ceremony and reception are taking place within a mille of each other. There is ample parking for those driving to both the church and reception venue. Between venues you may wish to drive or walk or alternatively taxis are a great option.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer named Leah who will be capturing the day. We're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and enjoy our wedding ceremony with us. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras off during the wedding ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures as you like during the rest of the day. Of course we will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterwards.

Can I bring my own confetti?

We have saved dried petals from flowers received from each other, friends and family to use as confetti. We will provide you with a confetti cone for the end of the ceremony. Please throw them high and happily as we exit the church.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

We will be serving a variety of food and drink throughout the day. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when you RVSP.

What time is the ceremony? What time is the reception?

CEREMONY: Please arrive promptly for our wedding ceremony to begin at one o'clock. RECEPTION: Join us for wedding breakfast, drinks and dancing following our ceremony. Evening guests will arrive after seven o'clock. An evening food buffet will be served.

Is there somewhere to stay nearby the wedding?

Yes there are a number of options catering for all budgets. Please see the travel section of the website for more details.

Is there a gifts registry?

We are incredibly grateful already for your time and company on our wedding day. However, if you feel so obliged to give a gift, please can we ask for a contribution to our honeymoon fund.
