Sarah and I "met" playing youth soccer together where her dad Matt was our coach. Our older siblings, Jude and Kati, were also on the team! We grew up in towns next to each other (Fredonia and Dunkirk), and both come from athletic families with competitive siblings. Sarah and I re-introduced ourselves playing slow pitch softball in 2017 in Dunkirk, and the rest is history. Since then, Sarah and I started dating on November 5th of 2017 and have lived together since. Our greatest accomplishment is bringing our handsome little boy into this world, Dakota Jr., in 2021. Sarah is currently a professional firefighter, and I am a Police Officer, both in the city of Jamestown. We share the same interests and spend as much time together as possible. Some of our hobbies include: fishing, golfing, beach volleyball, slow pitch softball, seeing Yankees games, camping, and coaching the youth. Jr is starting Tee Ball this May, and we are his coaches! Some of our favorite foods include: steak, lobster tails, clams, chicken marsalsa, and BLTS. I am a rock and roller through and through, while Sarah loves to belt out to country music. I am a Busch Light or Jamison and Ginger guy while Sarah likes Twisted Teas and Captain and Coke. Our life plans after the wedding include trying to have another baby and moving closer to our work.
