Sarah and Dean first met in February 2018 while Dean was finishing up his flying at Embry Riddle and Sarah was working on her Master's at Stetson. They went out for dinner and instantly felt a connection. Love began to blossom and they dated for nearly five years. During that time, they grew together from being long distance to moving into a house with their furry children (Scrappy & Coco).

In November 2022, Dean took Sarah to St. Augustine for the Nights of Lights festival, an annual celebration. Little did Sarah know that Dean had been planning to propose for months and invited some of Sarah's friends from college to help with the big surprise. In front of the Lightner Museum, Dean got down on one knee and asked Sarah to marry him. After a very excited "YES" from Sarah, all of her friends popped out from hiding with their confetti cannons to celebrate. The dinner reservation she initially thought was just for two turned out to be for 11 instead! The night wasn't over after dinner though. Her friends added to all the surprise by setting up a romantic carriage ride around the city to view the lights—talk about a fairytale proposal!

Now Dean and Sarah are preparing for this next milestone and growing together in marriage. They can't wait to celebrate with you and are excited to begin this next chapter!
