Our Wedding

For those of you who don't know, the bride and groom both went to the infamous Broomfield High School where Alex was a grade above Sarah. Their journey however, started at the end of Sarah's senior year of college. Payton Holloway (a.k.a the Best Man) was having a house party which happened to be during Sarah's winter break. After a night of playing games and talking until the sun came up (literally), the rest was history. Sarah and Alex continued to text and talk on the phone until Sarah came home. The first year of their relationship was during covid. They spent their time bouncing between the Holbrooks and the Gormans. This is when Sarah fell in love with Alex's family and Alex in love with Sarah's. Covid was a difficult time for many, but for these two it was a blessing in disguise. They got to spend endless amounts of time with each other and continued to fall deeper in love. Sarah and Alex eventually moved into a place of their own with their two kitties. Here they shared many more memories and learned what it meant to be partners and how to really be adults (for the most part haha). For two years, they spent their time working, hanging with friends, and continuing to deepen their relationship. During this time Alex proposed. The Bridges at Flatirons will always hold a special place in their hearts.. it was the beginning of forever! Sarah and Alex's journey has only just begun and they cannot wait to get married and share that memory with all of you. They are excited to continue their love story and hopefully add little ones to the family soon!

It is no secret how much my little sis means to me. She is one of my favorite humans and I could not make it through life without her. Abby is the most loyal, supportive, loving, funny, and beautiful sister. When I am having a rough day she is the first person I want to talk to. Abby is my day one, ride or die. It makes sense why I love Alex so much because he and my sister are so similar, they even share a birthday. I love her endlessly and cannot wait for her to stand by my side at the alter.

Nikki is Alex's little sister. When meeting Alex's family for the first time, the person I was most nervous to meet was Nikki. Her and Alex are so close, and he told me that if I didn't have her stamp of approval, it was a deal breaker. Luckily for me, we instantly bonded and the rest is history. Nikki has the biggest heart, and she cares so deeply for others. She is beautiful, talented, and has the voice of an angel. I am blessed to be gaining another sister and am  excited for all the memories to come.

Lisa and I have known each other basically since birth. Our moms were pregnant with us at the same time, and we lived across the street from each other. Lisa and I have one of the most special friendships a person could ask for. No matter what happens in life she always has my back and supports me through life. Lisa is a part of my best memories and we have the best stories together. I trust her with every part of me. All our friends joke that if Lisa tells you to do something, you do it because she is wise and knows best! Lisa is my first and forever best friend and I am lucky to have her.

You can ask anyone - Hanna is the most generous, kind-hearted, selfless person I know. Without question she will drop what she is doing to help me through a tough time, give advice, or celebrate my successes. Hanna and I met in elementary school and have been connected ever since. We can't go more than a week without speaking. Hanna is beautiful on the inside and out. Hanna has been by my side for all the minor and major moments of my life and having her now in my wedding is a testament to how special our friendship is.

Fun fact... Kate was the first friend I ever made in preschool, yes preschool. And now here she is standing up with me at my and Alex's wedding. Kate is one of my biggest supporters and no matter what happens she always has my back. She is one of the strongest people I know, and I admire her every day. Kate never fails to make me laugh and I can't help but have an absolute blast every time we are together. Some of my first memories are with Kate and I am excited to make so many more.

Katelyn Tedesco

Morgan and I met at good old Aspen Creek. I can't even remember a time she was not a part of my life. We have laughed, cried, and shared important milestones with one another. Whenever I am feeling overwhelmed or anxious about something Morgan always knows exactly what to say to help calm my worries. She is empathetic and loves so deeply. Morgan is the life of the party and every time we are together, we have the best time. I couldn't imagine my day without her up there with us.

Where to begin. Peyton has been like a sister to me for as long as I can remember. Our brothers played all the sports together and our families became inseparable. Peyton, Abby, and I would run amuck with little to no parental supervision. We've had many adventures together and bonded over the love of breaking down baseballs and big jaw breakers. P and I reconnected during covid and since then she has once again become such a monumental presence in my life.  P is such a kind soul and I'm lucky to have her in my life.

Payton and I have known each other since 3rd grade through sports. We really became close in middle school and have been super tight ever since. Payton embodies everything in what it means to be a best friend. It will be an honor to have him stand next to me as my best man!

Mitchell is my little brother, and partner in crime since he was born. It has been a blessing having someone like him in my life. He is the most accountable person I know and will be there for me no matter what. Couldn't have asked for a better brother and friend as we both navigate through life together.

Kyle is Sarah's older brother. I have always been the big brother that my younger siblings were able to look up to. I am super excited to have a big brother of my own in Kyle. He is someone I continue to grow a relationship with, and am honored to have him as another male figure to look up to in my life.

I met Christian through baseball when we were super young. We were a dominant pitcher catcher combo. He really was the one to take me under his wing and introduce me to all the best friends I still have today. Christian and I have always been close and he will be one of my best friends for years and years to come.

Logan was my first friend when I moved to Colorado. We were inseparable and  hungout pretty much every day when we were kids. It's been an absolute blast growing up with him and he will always be one of my best friends.

Luke and I were friends in high school but didn't get super close until I started dating Sarah. We bonded over our love for golf and now we talk almost every day. He has become one of my best friends and I am so grateful he will be standing up there with me for my big day.

Lee was my roommate for all four years in college. No matter what we are doing, Lee and I always have fun together. I would say Lee knows the most about me as a person both good and bad. I am super lucky to have a college roommate that turned into a best friend.

Matt was on my golf team in college. He was one of my best friends in college and remains that way today. Matt is one of Sarah and I's biggest supporters. I was able to stand with him at his wedding and am excited to have him stand with me at mine!
