Is outside alcohol allowed?

No, outside alcohol is not permitted and can result in ejection from the venue.

What will be offered at the reception?

There will be appetizers and a buffet. The bar will have water, lemonade, pop, beer, wine, and various wine cooler type drinks. There is no hard alcohol permitted at the venue.

Will phones be permitted?

We have professional photographers so we would prefer our guests to simply enjoy their time on our special day "unplugged". There will be time at the reception to get phones out and take pictures to share to the wedding website.

Is Tippecanoe on the same time as Chicago?

Tippecanoe is on Eastern time, which means it runs an hour ahead of Chicago. Please keep this in mind when planning your day.

Are kids allowed at the wedding/reception?

If your child's name is not enclosed with the invitation then we kindly ask he/she not attend. We are striving for a primarily adult reception.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation indicated it was for you and a guest, then yes. Otherwise, we ask you not bring any additional people. We are trying to stay within our budgeted numbers and within the capacity of the venue.

What should I wear to the wedding/reception?

We ask for everyone to wear semi-formal attire. For men this could be jeans and a button down shirt, khakis, or a suit and tie. Depening on their preference. For girls this could be a dress or dress pants.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 EST, so be sure to be there at least 10 minutes early to be sure you're seated in time.

Will the wedding and reception be outside?

The wedding will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors.

When are RSVP's due?

RSVP's are due no later than 7/4/24 to ensure your assigned seat at the reception.
