J.K. is Sarah Jane's oldest brother, defender, boyfriend critic, long-time friend, and tireless supporter. He is also the father of her amazing nephew, J.K. (the 5th), and niece, Mary. J.K. has always served as a role model of a great man, husband, and father, and Sarah Jane could think of no one more qualified to stand as her Man of Honor in her wedding.

Rob is one of John's longtime friends from Orlando where they met while working together in a comic book shop. Rob has co-written a comic book with John and is currently working for NASA. Who knew John had such smart friends?

Chandler is Sarah Jane's cousin and protege. Over the last twenty years, Chandler has grown from Sarah Jane's tempestuous babysitting charge into a trusted friend, fellow geek, and sharer of many odd enthusiasms.

As his younger sister, Katie grew up with John and been there for all of the major changes in his life. She is a constant fan and supporter of her big brother. John could not ask for a better Best Woman to be by his side during the most important change in his life.

Thomas Rigney and John met while in the Marine Corps. Thomas has been a Marine, EMT, Firefighter, and Sheriff as well as one of John's personal heroes. John and Thomas were roommates when John met Sarah Jane, and Thomas was there to celebrate the beginning of their relationship. John is thrilled Thomas will be there on his wedding day.

Charlie is Sarah Jane's cousin and lifelong friend. Charlie and Sarah Jane are both psychology enthusiasts, badass cat parents, UFC fanatics, and seemingly perpetual students.

Alaina and John have known each other for almost 19 years and met while she lived in San Diego, CA. While almost always living in different places, they have constantly kept in touch and developed a close and enduring friendship that supersedes location.

Sean and Sarah Jane met at the International School of the Americas when Sarah Jane was a freshman. After 13 years, Sean is one of Sarah Jane's oldest and closest friends. They share a passion for gaming, reading, disliking stupid people, and humanism.

Danielle and Sarah Jane met during their freshmen year at ISA. Though they both left for different schools a year later, they have stayed great friends. They both love dancing, traveling, and creating beautiful watercolor paintings for each other (though Danie's are much more impressive).

Bridget is one of John's dearest friends. They met when they became neighbors in Hattiesburg. While they have not always lived so near to each other, their friendship has never faded.

JT and John met at a poker game in Midland and discovered they lived in the same apartment complex in Odessa. Over the last several years, they have bonded over poker and have stayed in touch even as they have both moved around. 

John "JT" Taylor

Henry is Sarah Jane's cousin and close friend. He is the consummate entertainer and will no doubt find a way to make even the most cliche of wedding readings into a show.

Caroline is Sarah Jane's youngest cousin. Sarah Jane has had the pleasure of watching Caroline grow into a beautiful and kind adult. Sarah Jane is honored to have Caroline by her side on her wedding day.

Anne Marie and Sarah Jane grew up two doors down from each other and were inseparable for most of their childhoods. Today, they share a passion for science, talkative entrepreneurs, and science cat memes.

Joe is a recent and welcome addition to the Wood family as Katie's partner and Falynn's awesome dad. John liked him immediately and is excited to have him as a part of the wedding.

Beau has known John since high school. John and Beau enlisted in the Marine Corps together. Beau has traveled all over the world and is one of the most brutally honest, stand-up persons you will ever meet. Do not ask Beau anything if you do not want his unedited answer. This quality is also what makes it so special to have him as a friend and confidant.

Mary is Sarah Jane's first niece (daughter of J.K. and Kimberly). She is passionate about cats and tutus (very important things) and completely fearless.

For those guests traveling from out of town, the best airport option is the San Antonio International Airport. This airport is reachable by virtually all major airlines and provides a wide variety of rental car options. Boerne is located 30-45 minutes away and can be reached via I-10 or Hwy 281.More specific directions to be posted soon.

Rooms have been blocked at the Hampton Inn in Boerne, TX. This hotel is conveniently located near both the rehearsal dinner and wedding venues and is also a short distance from a variety of restaurants and shopping. To book a room in our block, please contact the Hampton Inn and reference with Wilson/Wood wedding. To get the reserved rate, rooms must be booked by October 9, 2015. Directions:From I-10 West - Take Exit 540. Take left at the light, cross over the overpass. At the next light, take another left heading eastbound on the Frontage Road. The hotel is located next to Starbucks on the right. From I-10 East - Take Exit 540. Straight through the light. Pass Starbucks on the Frontage Road. Hotel is located on the right hand side.
