Will there be parking at the ceremony and reception?
Yes! There is street parking at the church and there is a parking lot at the reception venue. If you need to leave your car overnight at the venue, we just ask that you please park in the venue's back parking lot labeled "Event Parking" and pick it up Sunday morning. Directions to the back parking lot can be provided by venue personnel upon arrival.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! There will be shuttle transport available throughout the day for those wishing to keep their cars at the hotel. The shuttle will be available to take guests from the Ingleside Hotel to the church, and will wait there to take guests from the church to the reception venue. At the end of the evening, there will be two different times available to take the shuttle back to the hotel.
Is there time between the ceremony and reception?
While the wedding party and family members are taking pictures at the church following the ceremony, guests can head straight to the reception for cocktail hour and we will meet you there!
Are children invited?
Although we love our friends and family, big and small, we ask that you please make arrangements for your children to stay at home while you celebrate with us.
What is the preferred attire for guests
Our wedding will be semi-formal. Wear whatever makes you feel ready to dance the night away! There is an outdoor area at our reception venue, so feel free to bring a light jacket for enjoying that space later in the evening.
