We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts. This will give you plenty of time to settle in, grab a drink, and get ready to celebrate the Grays.

Though we absolutely adore children, the only little ones joining us will be those in our bridal party. We want to give parents the chance to enjoy a romantic evening away and celebrate with friends.

We kindly ask that no cell phones be used during the ceremony. We’ve got a photographer to capture all the special moments, so you can fully enjoy the experience with us.

Your invitation will indicate if you are welcome to bring a plus-one. If a plus-one is not listed on your invite, we kindly ask that you attend solo, as we’re providing dinner and need an exact guest count.

There are several hotels within a short walking distance of the wedding venue. For a luxurious and comfortable stay, we recommend The Hotel Chalet at the Choo Choo or The Kinley Chattanooga Southside.

The dress code is cocktail attire with a garden party elegance. Ladies, think timeless dresses with a touch of romance—florals and soft hues are perfect for the occasion. Gentlemen, a tailored suit or sport coat will complement the evening’s setting beautifully.

Our ceremony will be indoors, where we’ll exchange vows in a romantic setting. Afterward, we’ll head outdoors (weather permitting) for a cocktail hour and reception under the stars. Feel free to bring your dancing shoes and maybe a light sweater, but don't worry—we’ll have heaters to keep things warm and cozy!
