We are so excited to welcome you to our wedding weekend and our beautiful city of Austin! Here’s a general timeline to help you.
Thursday pm - Sunday am: We’ll have an open hospitality room at The Westin. Guests are welcome to come and grab water, drinks, snacks or to stay and visit. We’ll share the room number when available.
Afternoon: Any guests already in town or arriving today are invited to join us at Azul Rooftop - the rooftop pool and bar at The Westin. We have reserved pool cabanas. Come enjoy food and drinks with the best view in downtown!
6 pm-11pm: Wedding rehearsal and dinner at Mattie’s for the wedding party and immediate family only. Note, no transportation is provided. The restaurant is approx. 2 miles from the hotel. Ubers are suggested if you are without a car.
TBD: Hospitality room open in the evening for guests not at the rehearsal and dinner.
Morning: Hospitality room open for coffee and snacks.
3:45 pm: Buses for hotel guests depart (promptly) for the 30 minute drive to Camp Lucy Sacred Oaks.
5:30 pm -11 pm: Wedding, cocktail hour and reception.
11:15 pm: Buses depart for return to The Westin Downtown.
Morning: Hospitality room open for coffee and snacks. Note, checkout time is 11 am.
3 pm: If staying in town, all guests are invited to a casual celebration at the Johnson home in Liberty Hill. We’ll have food, drinks, swimming, and live music! We’d love to have you stop by even for a bit before you depart. Reach out to us for the address if you would like to come.
