We first knew of each other back in undergrad at Seton Hill University — “Brett the wrestler” and “Sarah with the blonde hair". We even had friends who were friends, but our own paths never quite crossed. Nearly a decade later, we saw each other on a dating app and it felt like the easiest “Sure, I’ll grab a drink with you".

Somewhere along the way, we discovered an even funnier connection: we each had old, silly photos of ourselves sitting in the same(ish) seat in the dining hall — proof that our worlds were overlapping long before we ever realized it.

One drink turned into something effortless and steady. Now we share an apartment we love, a very sweet kitty named Waylon, and a life we’re so excited to keep building together.

And now… we’re getting married!
