Wedding Party

Emily Knapp - Maid of Honor
Emily is one of the Bride's younger sisters. Ms. Knapp had the privilege to watch her grow into the beautiful young woman she is today. The two grew up together, and there is no other person to take her place as the Bride's maid of honor. Except Kate!
Kate Knapp - Maid of Honor
Kate is also younger sister to the Bride (twins). When the Bride was a little girl, she asked her mom for one baby brother. She gave Ms. Knapp two baby sisters. God knew that she was going to need the twins to get through life. The Bride is proud to have them both standing next to her as maids of honor.
Sarah Aycock - Bridesmaid
Sarah and the Bride met Sophomore year at IUP. When a new professor accidentally mixed up their assignments, the two had to meet outside of class and an instant friendship was born. To their colleagues they were known as “The Sarahs”, attending all events as a duo. Sarah was the first person to say the Bride and Groom were meant to marry. Sarah has always been supportive of Ms. Knapp, and she is incredibly thankful to have her at her side.
Shelby Mulvehill - Bridesmaid
The Bride and Ms. Pringle have been friends for almost 10 years. The two met during the summer of 2015, while acting as AAABA Ambassadors. Once they realized they were both attending IUP, they became inseparable. The friendship blossomed while at IUP. Ms. Pringle truly is family; the two embarking on numerous family vacations. She has always been tremendously supportive, particularly in college. Ms. Knapp is truly honored to have Shelby as a best friend.
Mary Walls - Bridesmaid
Ms. Walls and Ms. Knapp have been friends for over a decade. They met while playing volleyball in middle school. While navigating high school together, they remained close. Ms. Walls is the most loyal friend the Bride has ever had. Ms. Knapp is truly thankful to have her stand in the wedding party.
Austin Mills - Best Man / Officiant
Mr. Mills, a pragmatic and resourceful kind, is one of Mr. Ashcom’s most trusted advisors. Mr. Mills and the Groom met playing Football in Catholic middle school (2007). Mills and Ashcom solidified the bonds of their friendship at Bishop McCort Catholic High School, and have remained close. Ashcom and Mills have enjoyed many adventures, with Ashcom relying on Mills' wit and charm to resolve any bumps in the road.
Aaron Hochstein - Best Man
Mr. Hochstein, a saintly man, is another of the Groom's companions. The two met briefly in extracurricular events in Catholic middle school (~2008) but truly became inseparable while attending Bishop McCort Catholic High School. This friendship continued into college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and remains today. Ashcom regularly entreats Mr. Hochstein’s sagely advice in matters trivial and serious for obstacles of all kinds. Mr. Hochstein’s service to others before himself is the staple of his great character – a virtue that Mr. Ashcom has relied upon frequently in their friendship.
Joshua Pavlosky - Groomsman
Mr. Pavlosky expresses passion and compassion – to experience life in all its glory. Mr. Ashcom had the fortune of meeting Mr. Pavlosky at Bishop McCort Catholic High School (2009) alongside Mr. Hochstein. The four – Mr. Bence, Mr. Ashcom, Mr. Hochstein, and Mr. Pavlosky, were all fortunate enough to attend the same university, Indiana University of Pennsylvania together. He is an avid fitness enthusiast that is always challenging himself. He reminds the Groom that self improvement is a life-long journey, and one might always climb higher, reach further, and achieve more.
Christopher Bence - Groomsman
The Groom and Mr. Bence were introduced by Mr. Hochstein and Mr. Pavlosky in 2011, with Hochstein, Pavlosky, and Bence having been steady friends for a decade. He and the Groom attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania together with many of the other Groomsmen. Mr. Bence manifests self-determination; he is the American Ideal in its purest form – a rugged individualist, naturalist, and survivalist well equipped to take the future and bend it to his will. Mr. Bence’s ministrations to Ashcom regularly include matters of self-reliance - to take responsibility for oneself those in our charge. Ashcom draws strength from Mr. Bence, looking to him for advice on how to guide a community, a family, and oneself.
Tyler Gregorchik - Groomsman
Of Mr. Ashcom’s groomsmen, Mr. Gregorchik is the oldest known to him. The two met at Central Catholic in downtown Johnstown (2000) and have known each other for the majority of their lives. The two, Mr. Pavlosky, and Mr. Hochstein attended Pennsylvania Highlands Community College together. Mr. Gregorchik embodies both determination and liveliness; the hardest worker among all men in the party and the biggest enjoyer of a good laugh. The groom sees Mr. Gregorchik’s work ethic as worthy of admiration - working tirelessly around the clock to obtain a better life for himself and those around him. Mr. Gregorchik is jovial, always able to get a party going and make everyone laugh.
