Wedding Party

Jake Stout
Jake Stout - Best Man
Jake is Eric's younger brother and oldest friend. Even though they've found through the years that they have special talents for getting on each other's nerves like no one else, they've also found that they share a connection unlike any other. Through thick and thin, their personalities complement each other perfectly, with each providing pieces of the pie the other may be missing in a given moment. Quite possibly the smartest person Eric knows, while also being totally unafraid to humble Eric when needed (seriously, there's no filter), Eric walks away from conversations with Jake better off and wiser than going in, more often than not.
Erin LaValley
Erin LaValley - Maid of Honor
Erin is Sarah's only and oldest sister. From arts n crafts, to camping, to staying up too late and dying of laughter just by looking at each other. Erin helped fill Sarah's childhood with some of the happiest memories. Once college came along, Erin continued to show why she was the big sister. With late night stressed calls from Sarah, Erin always seemed to know what to say to help calm Sarah down. Like many sisters, Erin and Sarah have a bond that cannot be broken, no matter how many fights and arguments; they know they can always count on each other.
Evan Stoker
Evan Stoker - Groomsmen
A Minneapolis native, Evan and Eric met in college, after Jake was volunteered (see volun-told; great story) by a mutual friend of Evan and Jake's to host Evan while he was living in Baltimore for the summer. Evan would go on to live in Baltimore for the next few years, moving in with Eric during their shared grad school year and beyond with their first post-grad apartment. Bonding over a shared love for sports, fishing, watches, and deep conversations on topics from politics to relationships and everything in between, Evan and Eric are among each other's closest confidants.
Brian McShalley
Brian McShalley - Groomsmen
A purple-blooded Baltimore native, Brian and Eric met on the first day of football tryouts the summer going into freshmen year of high school, where he impressed by being able to recite the entire Ravens 53-man roster in both alphabetical and numerical order. Over the next 13 years, Brian would prove to be a constant in Eric's life, with Brian's more artistic, right-brain forward thinking expanding Eric's more logical, left-brain forward tendencies. An incredibly talented photographer, devoted Ravens fan, and overall great time to be around, Brian is in many ways the peanut butter to Eric's jelly.
Tyler Canto
Tyler Canto - Groomsmen
A Boston native, Tyler met Eric when he moved in with Eric and Saunders during their sophomore year at Towson. Tyler was a 6'6" 260lbs transfer, which, per our coaches, made him a "perfect" (i.e. hilarious) fit for the 6' x 8' spare room that Saunders and Eric were looking to fill. Quickly, Tyler, Saunders, and Eric grew close, bonding over spirited debates over important topics like "is water wet?" or "who'd win a fight between tiger and a gorilla?" which could just as easily end up settled over a game of FIFA or NHL. Confident (or delusional) enough to believe he'd beat both the tiger and the gorilla with one arm, Tyler is unflappable, the kind of friend you could call after not talking for a couple months and pick up right where you left off. Maybe if we're lucky, he'll treat us to the "worm", one of his signature dance moves, at the reception
Saunders Healy
Saunders Healy - Groomsmen
A Philadelphia native, Saunders and Eric met freshmen year at Towson University, as members of the lacrosse team before becoming roommates sophomore year. Saunders and Eric found common ground in enjoying passionate debates, which to the uninitiated observer might have looked like an "argument" but was truly a reflection of the respect they have for each other, with neither allowing the other to settle for a less-than-sound line of thinking. Witty, confident, and never one to back down, Saunders has proved to be a formidable counterparty and sounding board for Eric, promoting growth both intellectually and emotionally in a formative stage of life, while calling to mind that famous proverb "iron sharpens iron".
Avery Clarke
Avery Clarke - Bridesmaid
Sarah and Avery friendship began through our participation in the swimming & diving team. A budding friendship blossomed our freshman year of high school when we found ourselves participating in all the same school sports teams; swimming & diving, volleyball, and track & field. From laughing on the pool deck, to Froyo Friday, to dancing in Sarah's basement, some of Sarah's happiest memories involve Avery. Over 10 years later, and although separated by hundreds of miles and a different time zone, we still love and support each other as if they were the same girls at 14 years old.
Lauren Flynn
Lauren Flynn - Bridesmaid
Sarah and Lauren's friendship also began through our participation in the swimming & diving team. Sarah and Lauren often found themselves going on "dates" together. Getting food and blasting music singing (and sometimes crying) at the top of our lungs. Deep conversations and conversations about nothing at the same time. In adulthood, Lauren and Sarah could talk every day or not talk for a year and they know their love for each other is strong as always. Like Avery, Lauren and Sarah have over a decade of friendship and have navigated life and distance to support and love each other.
Libby Powell
Libby Powell - Bridesmaid
Sarah and Libby met working weddings together in Baltimore. After working out first wedding, they discovered they lived down the street from each other and what started off as coworkers turned into Sarah's closest friend in the city. From Happy hours, to car rides, to winery trips, to house parties, to 12 hour wedding shifts and Volo sports. Libby helps Sarah get out of her shell and explore the beautiful city of Baltimore with friends. Libby and Sarah are always ready for an adventure together!
