When is the RSVP deadline?
Please reply by June 16, 2024.
Can I bring a date or my children?
Please check your invite. If you are bringing children, please know that there will NOT be an on-site babysitter. There will be a children's table for dinner and child-friendly food offerings.
I have some dietary restrictions. What will the food options be?
The menu is an elevated Mediterranean theme, served as a Family Style sit down dinner. There will be salads, seafood, beef, grains, and vegetables. You will be able to select exactly what suits and delights you.
What will the weather be like?
The inland wine country is usually pleasantly warm and sunny in July, with cool evenings. However, there is sometimes a "heat wave" where temperatures can soar into the 90's. There will be plenty of umbrellas, shade, and cold drinks. The indoor dining pavilion has A/C. Check your weather apps a few days before your arrival .
Where should I park?
Viansa has a large parking lot, and a circular drop-off court for passengers.
What should I wear?
Suggested attire is summery semi-formal, Wear what you will feel best in.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The cocktail hour will be on the outdoor terrace. There are multiple lawns, gazebos, and sitting areas. The entire area is ours for the night. The dinner and dancing will be indoors.
Hotels in Sonoma are expensive! What should I do if I am looking for cheaper accommodations?
If you are seeking cheaper alternatives, we suggest looking up Airbnbs in the region or hotels perhaps a bit further away from Sonoma.
