Both the ceremony and the reception will be at one location: Freedom Point at Liberty Park. 250 Marina Way, Clarksville, TN 37040 The venue is wheelchair accessible. There are sidewalks that will go around and down to the ceremony space and sidewalks that will go up to the reception area. There is a large parking lot near the boat ramp. Our afternoon ceremony will take place on the lower level of the structure, covered space outdoors and the reception will take place indoors following the ceremony on the upper level of the structure.

We have not reserved a block of rooms. There is a Doubletree Hotel located Downtown Clarksville, or there are hotel options located at Exit 11 - Hwy, 76 / MLK Jr. Parkway or Exit 4 - Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. There are Airbnb / VRBO options throughout Clarksville as well.

Transportation to and from the venue will not be provided. If transportation is needed, please reach out to us!

The venue allows us a specific number of guests. If your invitation is missing a guest, please reach out to us! We have children and we love children, so yes, children will be allowed and included at our wedding.

Your presence on our big day is the best present we could ask for! If you feel you must gift to us, we are registered with Amazon. Eric (and I) will always accept gift cards to Home Depot and Lowes. 😁

We will NOT be serving liquor / mixers / shots at our wedding, but we will be serving beer / seltzers / NA beers during the reception / dinner.

Our ceremony is set to begin at three-thirty in the afternoon. Please feel free to arrive thirty minutes prior to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Our reception will end around ten-thirty in the evening. An after-party is not being planned by the Bride and the Groom but there are many areas within Clarksville where night-life is enjoyed.

Following the ceremony the newlyweds will take part in traditional photography with their families on site. The upper reception area will be open and available for our guests.
