The best airport to fly into is PHL. The venue is about 40 miles from the airport. If anyone is looking into taking the train in, there is also an Amtrak Station - 30th St. Station - in Center City, Philadelphia.


For your convenience, we have reserved hotel blocks at two hotels in close proximity to the venue. However, you are not mandated to book through one of the hotel blocks.


On the day of the wedding, we will provide complementary shuttle transportation from each of the hotels to the venue and back.


For guests planning to drive in for the day or who plan to stay at an alternate hotel, there is parking available at the venue.


For guests attending the Welcome Dinner, please note that this dinner will take place in the Platinum Room at the Holiday Inn Lansdale-Hatfield, so it is advised that you utilize this hotel block or plan transportation to and from the Welcome Dinner on Friday evening.

Complementary Shuttle Service

We will be offering complementary shuttle service through First Student Charter Bus. Shuttle will run to and from each hotel to the venue and back.


Early Shuttle:

*all guests asked to participate in wedding party/family photos prior to the ceremony MUST be on the earlier shuttle.

- Depart Staybridge Suites at 2:50pm

- Depart Holiday Inn at 3:30pm

- Arrive to Venue by 3:45pm


Second Shuttle:

- Depart Staybridge Suites at 4:10pm

- Depart Holiday Inn at 4:45pm

- Arrive to Venue by 5:00pm


Return Shuttle:

- Departs Venue at 11:00pm

- Will be dropping guests off at both hotels
