Hi everyone!

We first met at UNH on Cinco de Mayo through mutual friends! We spent the first year of our relationship traveling between Newmarket, NH and Portland, ME all the time to see each other.

In 2016 we traveled cross country together for 2 months for an experience of a lifetime. Our trip was filled with endless adventures including exploring stunning natural landscapes and new cities. Living out of a minivan together had its challenges, but in the end our love grew even stronger.

In the 2 years that followed, we were long distance between Philadelphia and Guilford, CT as we both pursued our careers through graduate studies. Flashforward to 2018, and we finally moved in together, where we lived in Sarah’s aunt and uncle's in-law suite. We loved seeing family all the time and spending time with horses, a donkey, and even raising baby chicks!

In fall of 2020, Erik bought a house in North Branford, CT. Shortly after, we adopted our puppy Bruce, who came all the way to us from Alabama! We loved watching our boy grow in CT, but we always knew in our hearts that we belonged back up north.

2023 has been a whirlwind of a year for us. We got engaged while out on Block Island in June, where Erik popped the question on a sunset bike ride/ walk to North Light. Within the same few months we also both got new jobs and officially made the move to Dover, NH in August. We feel so at home here on the Seacoast, and couldn’t be happier to be back where we first fell in love.
