Either Helena or Bozeman will be your closest airports. Bozeman is most of the time cheaper, and a little closer to the venue.

Unfortunately, The Sacajawea hotel is booked as there are a limited number of rooms. We do have a block of rooms at Quality Inn in Belgrade, MT. Folks must call 406-388-0800 and state you are reserving a room under the Matter/Dobbins block. There is a discount if you book before May 1st. If you choose to stay there, there will be a free shuttle going to and from the wedding. There are also a number of hotels in the Belgrade area if you choose to stay at one of those, you can still use the shuttle service from La Quinta to the venue. There are also campgrounds and Airbnb's close and in Three Forks.

Yes! The venue will be very easy to find with the address listed! There is a parking lot at the hotel, and street parking very close by!

Cocktail attire is recommended! Bridesmaids will be wearing champagne colored dresses.

We adore your kids, but we’d also love for mom and dad to enjoy a night off! We understand that might not always be possible, so if your little ones will be attending, please be aware that the event will have an adult atmosphere with music, drinks, and plenty of dancing!

We are hoping for sunshine, but with Montana, you never know! It usually is an average of 75-85 degrees during that time!

The ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, with the dinner and reception held under an event tent. We will also have an outdoor space designated for music and dancing. However, if the weather doesn't cooperate, we can move everything under the event tent.
