The ceremony and cocktail hour will both occur outdoors followed by a tent reception. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony would be moved into the tented area.

There is enough parking for approximately 95 cars at the venue. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by 9:00 AM Sunday morning.

There will be transportation to and from the venue and Heritage Hills Golf Resort beginning at three and ending at ten. If you are staying at the hotel or plan on coming to the after party, we suggest parking at the hotel and riding on the bus.

Absolutely! The venue requires that music is shut off by 10:00 PM. For anyone interested in continuing the fun, feel free to head back to Heritage Hills Golf Resort, whether or not you are staying the night.

While the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes early to grab a drink and find a seat!
