Hart and Sarah's story is the kind of love story that feels like it was written in the stars, or maybe just swiped into existence on a screen. Though they grew up just an hour apart in Southern California, it took a move to Utah for them to cross paths. It only took one quick swipe to the right, and just like that, a spark was ignited that would change their lives forever.Their first date was in the iconic beauty of Malibu, CA, where the sun kissed the waves and the air was filled with the scent of salty breezes. It didn’t take long for both of them to realize that this was more than just a chance meeting—it was destiny. The chemistry was undeniable, and they both knew, from the very first moment, that they were meant to be.As the years passed, their bond grew stronger, filled with spontaneous adventures, endless laughs, and two mischievous cats who quickly became the third (and fourth) members of the family. They traveled to new places, created memories, and built a life that was uniquely their own. But through it all, one thing remained constant: their unwavering love for each other.Finally, after years of creating a beautiful life together, they decided to make it official. The beach—where they'd shared countless sunsets, walked barefoot in the sand, and whispered sweet nothings—was the perfect place to say “I do.” A place that had always felt like home to them, where the waves would crash in celebration as they began this next chapter of their lives as husband and wife.This love story is one for the books—filled with fate, adventure, and two souls who were always meant to find each other, even if it took a little swipe and a little extra travel time. Travel Tips

At customs, when they ask where you are staying, say the NAME of the hotel/airbnb. There are no "actual" addresses in playa santa teresa.

Once you arrive at San Jose or Liberia, keep your passport with you! It will be checked multiple times while you get out of the airport. (If you are taking a Puddle Jumper plan ride, you will need your passport at check in and when boarding.)

Jade and Sarah have been friends since 2008! Jade and Sarah went to Camp Hess Kramer together, and as CIT were roomed together. They 'shared a bed' for 8 weeks, and after were inseparable. Jade and Sarah are ride or dies and have been there for each other though rain, wind, fire, and snow.

Having my brother by my side on this day means the world to me. We've shared a lifetime of memories, challenges, and milestones that have shaped who we are. His strength, loyalty, and quiet encouragement have always been a guiding force in my life. Through every chapter, he's been more than family—he's been a true friend. I’m proud to have him stand with me as I begin this new journey.


Birk Swan

Taylor and Sarah have been friends since 2005! Taylor and Sarah grew up dancing, celebrating holidays, going to camp, traveling, and more together. They have been tied to eachother's side through all things growing up. Living only a short distance away, each weekend they were together planning the lives they are living now! They shared the experience of Birth Right together in Israel. Taylor has been there for Sarah is times of happiness, sadness, and everything inbetween.

Taylor Madwin

Connor and Hart met at the University of Utah. They share a love for lacrosse, and together won the national championship in 2022. They quickly bonded as team captains and I am so excited to have Connor to be by my side on my big day. 

Connor Khul

Maddie and Sarah have been friends since 2008! Maddie and Sarah grew up going to Camp Hess Kramer together! They traveled to Israel together in 2016 and live one state over from each other. Maddie and Sarah are twin flames and have celebrated all major moments together!

Dalton and I have known each other since childhood, growing up side by side through every phase of life. From early days filled with adventure and mischief to becoming the people we are today, he’s been a constant and loyal friend. His unwavering support and steady presence over the years have meant more to me than I can put into words. I’m honored to have him standing beside me on one of the most important days of my life.

Kirsti and Sarah are sisters, as she is married to Ryan! Kirsti and Sarah have learned so much about each other over the past few years and wouldn't be the same without her by Sarah's side on her big day! They have traveled together to Texas, Hawaii, Paso Robles and more!

Garrett and I have been close friends since high school, where we played lacrosse together and spent countless weekends hanging out—often at the beach. Whether it was early morning practices or late-night bonfires, some of my favorite memories growing up include Garret. I'm so thankful to have him by my side on such an important day.
