This hotel is ~20 minutes from the venue. There are additional hotel/motel options available in north Boerne, as well as Airbnbs in Fredericksburg (~30 minutes). Please note the discounted rate is only available under September 30th, so please book beforehand!
How long should I stay?
We have a block of rooms for The Bevy from 10/31 to 11/3, so we definitely encourage you to come a bit early and stay late to enjoy the area! However, you are able to keep your discounted rate for up to 3 days before and after this time period as well if you would like to stay longer.
Shuttle Bus Pickup
The shuttle will do a pick up for guests at 3:05 at the Bevy to go to the wedding venue.
Shuttle Bus Return
The shuttle will do a return pick up to bring guests back to the Bevy from the wedding venue at 9pm, and then a follow-up pickup at 9:45. Similarly to the pickup request, we ask that guests who are willing to take the 9pm shuttle out please do so to ensure enough seats.
