Nate proposed April 9th, 2023 while on our babymoon in New Orleans! We had gone to dinner and then a jazz club off Bourbon street for some live jazz. After, Sarah wanted to go back to the hotel as she was tired but Nate convinced her to go on an evening walk to the river bank. While on a stroll under the stars and glittering lights of the french quarter, Nate got down on one knee and asked Sarah if she would be his wife! Of course she said yes. The proposal in the french quarter was sentimental as Sarah's mom grew up across the river bank. Now, NOLA will hold an even more special place in their hearts.
