Getting to the Venue

Parking

Both the welcome party venue and the wedding venue have ample free parking available for guests. 

Shuttle

For guests that RSVP’d “Yes” to transportation, we are offering a shuttle that will take guests to and from the wedding venue in Denver, NC. The pick up &amp; drop off location will be at Town Brewing - 800 Grandin Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208. The shuttle will be leaving at 3:30PM, so please arrive between 3:15-3:25PM.

Where to Stay

If you’re looking for weekend accommodations, we recommend staying in Charlotte. We’ll be providing transportation to and from the venue on Friday, and all other weekend events will be in Charlotte, making it easy to join us throughout the weekend.

Hotel Block

We have a block of rooms under the group name, “Randolph/Stirewalt Wedding April 2026.’ You can call the hotel directly and mention the group name or use the personalized reservation link below.

The group rates are valid until March 05, 2026. The hotel garage can be accessed via the front of the hotel on Trade Street. Valet parking is $48/day or self-park is $43/day. The hotel is located in Uptown Charlotte and is less than 10 minutes away from the Welcome Party venue, Town Brewing.
