Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) are the major airports in the area. You may want to check flights into both airports to see which flight option is more convenient for you.
Will I need my own transportation?
We will be providing shuttle service between the Renaissance hotel, ceremony, and reception. More information to follow.
Can I bring a plus one?
Please refer to your invitation in regard to additional guests. Feel free to reach out with additional questions!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is semi-formal.
Can I go straight to the reception after the ceremony?
The reception venue will not be open for cocktail hour until 5PM. Feel free to grab a drink or a bite to eat, explore Dallas, or enjoy some down time while you wait. See the "Things to Do" tab for things to do around the Renaissance Hotel.
Is there parking at the church and the reception venue?
Yes! If you are driving your own vehicle or choose to rent a car, there is plenty of parking at both locations!
Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
No. The ceremony will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, while the cocktail hour and reception will be at The Windsor at Hebron Park. Please refer to the home page for addresses to both locations.
Is the reception indoor or outdoor?
The reception is primarily indoors. There is a small terrace encircling the ballroom which guests are welcome to utilize.
Is there parking at the hotel?
The Renaissance Hotel offers Valet parking as well as self- parking for $15 a day. Please refer to the websites of the other hotels listed for parking information.
