Like many 21st century couples, we met in the most romantic way - online dating! It was the start of the pandemic and two lonely healthcare workers were just casually looking for companionship and conversation. After chatting for a few days, we mutually agreed to meet for a short walk around Scout Lake in Greendale, WI. Since most business were closed at the time in March of 2020, there were not a lot of options for prime first date locations. This quick walk went so well, it eventually turned into a three hour hike at another local park, Whitnall Park, and the rest is history!


It didnt take long after our first few months of dating that things started to move quickly. We spent a lot of winter days driving around town, looking at real estate and talking about our future together. Soon Justin found the perfect starter home in West Allis. The decision to move in together just seemed right!


Outside of house renovations, we have kept busy with our rescue dog Jackson and have enjoyed multiple trips together. The famous bourbon trail in Louisville, Kentucky, a beautiful trip to Fort Myers Beach and experienced our first all-inclusive together in Punta Cana! We also love heading up to Lambeau field for an annual Packer Game and summer trips to the UP of Michigan.


Even with Sarah getting antsy to get married, Justin provided the shock of a lifetime in March 2024 when he got down on one knee and proposed! He had been planning for weeks and creating the most beautiful ring. The whole plan ended in the perfect proposal at the site of their first date, Whitnall Park, set up with a personalized bottle of bubbly, champagne flutes and one of their best friends there to capture the perfect day!


We cant wait to share our love with all of our families, friends and loved ones on our wedding day and for the rest of our lives together!
