Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations.

The venue closes at 10 so our send off will be at 9 and ask for every one to start heading out after that.

We understand and appreciate that you would like to take pictures to remember our special day. However, while you are taking pictures, please be courteous of our photographers. Please refrain from stepping in front of a photographer or using too much flash, as these can disrupt the professional photographs.

The ceremony will be outside and cocktail hour/the reception will be inside. Cocktail hour starts at 5.

Cocktail/semi-formal attire. Even though it’s Arizona it can get chilly especially in January! We will have a blanket station during the ceremony but dress warm!

We wish we could include all children but unfortunately we are only able to invite children in our immediate families.
