Where should we stay?

The couple will be staying at South Coast Winery next door to the venue. We’ve also listed a few other nearby hotel options for your convenience. Please visit the Travel page for more information.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is encouraged (think suits, dress shirts with or without ties, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates). Black and darker colors are preferred, while jeans and traditional wedding colors like white, ivory, or cream are kindly discouraged. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel amazing and that you can dance in! Please keep in mind that our ceremony will be outdoors, and January evenings can get chilly. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!

Can I bring a plus one?

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Are children invited?

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only affair. We hope you'll enjoy the opportunity for a night off to celebrate, dine, and dance with us! We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at 2:30/3:00 PM to allow time to park and enjoy the beautiful property before the ceremony begins. Golf carts will be available for guest transportation. The tasting room will be open for those who’d like to enjoy a glass of wine beforehand, and a welcome toast will be served as we begin the celebration.

Will there be parking?

Yes! There is a designated parking lot toward the back of the property. From there, it’s just a short walk past the beautiful pond and wine tasting room to the festivities. Golf carts will also be available for anyone who prefers a ride. If you wish to leave your car overnight, you are more than welcome to do so! The parking lot is locked overnight for security, and vehicles can be picked up the following morning. All we ask is that everyone celebrates responsibly and never drinks and drives!

What can we expect for drinks?

Drinks are on us! Enjoy cocktails, beer, and wine, along with plenty of non-alcoholic options including tea, coffee, lemonade, and more. While the bar is hosted, tips for our bartenders are always appreciated.

Will dinner be served?

We’ll be serving appetizers and a buffet-style dinner with a variety of entrée, salad, and side selections. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can make proper accommodations.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged and phone free so everyone can be fully present with us during this special moment. Our professional photographers will be capturing it all. After that, phones out and cameras rolling! We’ll have QR codes available to easily share your pictures with us and capture the celebration from your perspective.

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Of course! Raise a glass and tag your posts with #ToastToTheTibonis so we can relive every moment!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors on a paved area, so no need to worry about grass for heels. Cocktail hour will be in a mostly covered, open air space. The reception, dinner, and dancing will be indoors, with access to all areas throughout the evening. Since it will be January, it may get a little chilly in the evening, so a light layer is recommended.

What happens after the reception?

The celebration at the venue will wrap up at 9:30 PM, but the night doesn’t have to end there. After party plans are TBD.

Do you have a registry?

Being surrounded by the people we love is more than enough. However, for those who have expressed interest, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help us start our next adventure together.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by January 8th so we can prepare accordingly. If we haven’t heard from you by then, we will sadly assume you are unable to join us.

Are heels required?

Only if they make you feel powerful.
