When should I RSVP by?
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will try to accommodate. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus, they'll be specifically addressed within your wedding invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attenance. Thank you for understanding.
Are Childeren welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are invited.
Can you take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones on silent and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer to capture the ceremony for us.
Other than the ceremony, yes please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar for the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you so please drink responsibily.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal attire.
Please no denim, or shorts.
What should we do between the ceremony & reception
Terry & I absolutely love downtown Plymouth. There are many shops, restaurants, and bakeries for you to explore after the ceremony and before cocktail hour begins. Some of our favorite things to do are order queso & chips from Barrio, enjoy chocolate covered Oreos from Kilwins, and catching a game at Iron Wood Grill.
Where should I park
There is a parking lot next to the building that can accommodate a large amount of cars. Additionally there is a parking deck off of S Harvey St. There is street parking and other parking lots across downtown Plymouth that can be utilized as well.
How do I get into the reception venue
The reception venue is on the second floor of the building. When arriving to the building there is an awning over the entrance that reads "Meeting House Grand Ballroom". Upon entrance there will be an elevator on the right that you can take up to the second floor.
Long line for the elevator? If able, there is a set of stairs on the right side of the building that will take you up to the reception space as well.
