Q + A

What is the dress code?

The dress code is "dressy casual." For women, a dress, sundress, jumper, or dressy separates would be perfect for the occasion. (Please avoid wearing an all-white outfit and flip-flops.) For men, this dress code typically involves a button-down shirt and slacks or khakis (no jeans, sandals, or flip-flops, please). Suits, jackets, and ties are optional. Here's an article that explains what "dressy casual" is: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-dressy-casual

Will it be outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors in the same space.

When will food be served?

Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres begins at 1:00 p.m. and the buffet begins at 2:00 p.m.

What food will be served?

The buffet will feature rosemary prime rib, chicken piccata, and cod sautéed with lemon, parsley, and butter. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions so we can prepare an alternative for you. (This includes any kids who would prefer something like chicken tenders!)

Is there a hotel block?

Unfortunately, hotels in the area are not offering a hotel block due to spring break and baseball training season. We recommend that groups stay together in vacation rentals for cost savings. Please refer to the "Travel" section of the website for hotel recommendations.

Will it be an open bar?

We will have a full, hosted bar! The drinks will be on us. :)
