Calgary to Canmore is about an hour drive, you can also reach out to Sarah if you are interested in carpooling and she will connect you with other guests that are interesting in carpooling! Another option is to take the Banff Airporter, this bus will take you from the Airport in Calgary to Downtown Canmore, it costs about $150 round trip.

No, as much as we love kids we have chosen to have a child free Ceremony and Reception! Please ensure you have secured child care prior to the wedding date.

We recommend booking one of the hotels we suggested on the "where to stay" or finding an airbnb close to the reception because Canmore does not have Uber or Lyft services and has limited taxis - walking back to your hotel or being prepared to wait for a taxi is the best option.

The weather in the mountains in September can be very unpredictable! We could see a warm fall day or we could have a cooler day or even snow! Please keep an eye on the weather as we get closer to the date, the weather for Calgary is different than the weather in Canmore so make sure to check Canmore weather! Plan for the weather as the ceremony is outdoors, with no indoor space. Our reception is at an indoor location.

Yes! We are having a cash bar so if you'd like to order drinks make sure to bring change/small bills.

We ask that you do not take personal photos (phone or camera) during the ceremony as we are having an "unplugged" ceremony and would like to enjoy the moment with you fully present! Before and After the ceremony we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like! We will be sure to share all the photos of the ceremony from our photographer!
