Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoor or outdoor?
With chilly weather expected, all events will take place indoors.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
All guests must enter the State Capitol building on the cultural center side. It is roughly a 5-10 minute walk from the various parking options. Please allow yourself ample time for parking, screening at the door and walking to the upper rotunda.
