Our Wedding

Tallyn and Sarah were both born in Stillwater, OK, in 2003 and grew up attending Stillwater schools, graduating together in 2021. However, their love story didn’t begin there. That chapter started when they both chose to attend Oklahoma State University, embarking on their college journeys with no idea how the next four years would change their lives. Despite having close mutual friends, their paths didn’t officially cross for quite some time. One of Sarah’s bridesmaids, Jennifer, shared a major with Tallyn, and the two often sat together in class. Yet, it wasn’t until a small Stillwater reunion game night at Tallyn’s house—more than three years later—that they were finally introduced. From that moment, Sarah knew she was charmed.&nbsp; As the next few months passed, they uncovered how close of a life they had been living to each other. Uncovering past connections, mutual friends, and a life seeming to be created by the will of God. Their love story truly began on Sarah’s birthday, the day they officially started dating. Over the next year, they grew together, deepening their love and realizing they wanted to spend forever side by side. Choosing June 3rd for their wedding holds special meaning, as it also marks the 25th wedding anniversary of Sarah’s parents. Sharing this milestone with their closest family and friends makes the day even more unforgettable.

What Should I Wear?

We would like all of our guests to adhere to a <a href="https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">semi-formal</a> or "<a href="https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-dressy-casual" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">dressy casual</a>" dress code. This usually consists of a dress for women and slacks and a button down for men.

Can I Bring a Plus-One?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Due to our venue's limited capacity, we can’t accommodate plus ones at this time. Your invitation will include the names of those invited. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

What's For Dinner?

Our venue, Meditations, will be providing a Mexican buffet with chips &amp; queso, tacos, enchiladas, rice, beans, and corn. If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact us or note them in your RSVP.&nbsp;&nbsp;
