SHUTTLE UPDATE:

Transportation will be provided for guests staying in the hotels. Shuttles will bring the guests from the hotels to the wedding venue and from the wedding venue back to the hotels.

3pm: Shuttle Pickup at Hotels

8:00pm to 10:30pm: Shuttle Dropoff at Hotels

HOTEL UPDATE:

We have been informed there is an Ironman race in Wilmington, NC the day of our wedding (10/25/25). Therefore, please plan accordingly and make travel arrangements ASAP, as hotel availability is limited. Information is provided below regarding the hotel courtesy blocks.
