On their third date Aidan and Sarah partake in a local paint night in Port Jeff. They have such a fun time that night and it becomes a milestone moment in their relationship.

Aaaand this is the moment Aidan realizes how formidable Sarah is. He also learns to stay on her good side or else....

Aidan and Sarah fly to Tennessee to visit Sarah's dad and step mom in April 2022 in what becomes a beautiful first trip for them. At one point Sarah's dad looks over and sees Aidan kissing her. Quite affronted he says to Aidan "are you kissing my daughter?" To which Aidan replies "Yes sir I am"... Always the gentlemen.

In December 2022, Aidan's family makes the arduous journey from Maryland all the way to Long Island to join Sarah's family in a lovely Christmas celebration.

Aidan gets a doggie and Sarah gets a baby... and all is right with the world.

In August of 2023, Sarah turns 29 and heads out to a local bar with Aidan and friends where Aidan vehemently fights for Sarah's right to Karaoke.

Finally the moment we've all been waiting for. Aidan proposes in true Coast Guard fashion on the Salty Dog Cruise in Hilton Head South Carolina during thanksgiving week. Sarah and Aidan are both over the moon and Aidan says a silent prayer that the ring made it onto Sarah's finger safe and sound after undergoing both a flight and a cruise to get to this moment.
