Waimea Valley is located on the North Shore of O'ahu in Haleiwa, Hawaii. You can set your GPS to 'Waimea Botanical Garden' to arrive directly in the free parking lot.
What time should I arrive?
Guests, please arrive to the venue between 3:15 - 3:30 pm on Saturday, 3/1/25. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Those who arrive after 3:50 will be asked to remain outside the venue until the ceremony is over.
Can I bring a guest?
Your official invitation is addressed to those who are invited. If your invitation includes an option for a guest, then yes! Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue restrictions and capacity. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
What should I wear?
We encourage guests to dress in semi-formal attire to honor the significance of the ceremony. The ceremony and reception are both outdoors, so plan to dress accordingly. It is springtime in Hawaii, so ladies, feel free to dress in colors and patterns! Gentlemen, lightweight suits, or dress pants and dress shirts are great options. Overall, dress in what you feel good in, and remember comfortable footwear will make all the difference!
What's the weather like?
We are not professional meteorologists, but the average day in Hawaii during this time is around 80 degrees with sunshine and blue skies. However, it'd be best to be mindful of the weather closer to the date!
Where should we stay?
There are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs available close to the venue, and around the island. We recommend staying in Waikiki! Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.
