We first met in 2019 through the world of online dating. I messaged Nicholas first commenting on his beautiful eyes, which seems cliche but, he really does have wonderful eyes.
We chatted for a few weeks, getting to know one another, but unfortunately we ended up going our separate ways.

Jump to February 2022, and one day, I was thinking about him, and wondering how he was and where he was in life.
I didn’t have his number, or anyway of contacting him, so I thought of the only thing I could think of. Google. Yes, you read that right, Google.
I typed his name into google, and sure enough, a link to his Facebook page appeared. Now at the time I didn’t have Facebook, I had deleted it a few years prior. But in order to message Nicholas I had to have an account, so I made one. Specifically to message him. And I did, that very same day. The next day he responded and called me. We talked for hours and hours, reconnecting and both felt like no time had passed since our last conversation.
We met in person the next week, and again, as cliche as it sounds, we knew this was it for us. We knew we had found our soul mate, the one person who we were meant to be with.
We talked a lot about our future, and what we both wanted for our lives, and realized how much we both wanted the same things. So we went for it!
And here we are, a beautiful home, our amazingly wonderful children, our doggy Xena, and a love and bond that is nothing short of magical!
