What time does the wedding ceremony start?

The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Timber Run Golf Club & Event Venue in Lanark, Ontario Canada.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we ask kindly that guests be dressed in formal attire. Please refrain from wearing jeans, hoodies, or casual wear. To complement the event’s aesthetic, the colour scheme is focused on terracotta rust and beige tones. While you are not required to wear these exact colours, we would appreciate it if you could choose your attire within this colour range to create a harmonious and elegant atmosphere.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate plus ones.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes. We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as possible to help us finalize our plans for the event. Your prompt response ensures that we can accurately prepare for seating arrangements, catering, and other important details that will make the day special for everyone. Having an accurate guest count in advance allows us to ensure the best experience for all, from food and drinks to personalized touches that will make the day unforgettable.

What is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by July 14th, 2025.

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Yes, once the ceremony has wrapped up, cocktail hour will occur and dinner afterwards.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Yes. Well-behaved and polite children who are invited to the wedding as guests.

What should I do if there are dietary restrictions?

Please note the venue will be providing vegetarian options for guests. If you have any allergies please inform us on the RSVP and we will be sure to try and accommodate you to the best of our ability.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Please refrain from using any and all kinds of recording or photography devices, we have a professional photographer scheduled and attending the event for the purpose of capturing our special day.

Is there a gift registry?

As we embark on this exciting journey together, we wanted to share that we do not have a traditional gift registry. Instead, if you’d like to honor us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate contributions towards our future honeymoon or the home we are building together. Your love and support mean the world to us, and any gift you choose to give will help us create memories that will last a lifetime.

What accommodations are nearby?

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

There will be no transportation available to or from the venue, please try to arrange transportation prior to this event.

What happens if I can't attend?

If for any reason you are unable to attend our wedding, we completely understand. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly. Please let us know by email/via wedding website (RSVP) as soon as you’re aware that you won’t be able to join us. Your timely response will help us ensure that we can accommodate all of our guests and make the event as seamless as possible. Thank you for your understanding, and we truly appreciate your support!
