We want to provide guests the flexibility to stay where they please. Therefore, we will be providing links to local accommodation as we get more information. Keep checking the "Hotels" tab! You are more than welcome to stay in Taplow (venue location) or the quaint surrounding towns such as Marlow, Maidenhead, and Buckinghamshire. You can also stay in London proper, but please be aware of travel time as the ceremony is scheduled until midnight.

Hedsor House is located in Taplow, England. Google and Apple Maps have excellent public transportation guides that can tell you exactly which metro Tube lines to take. Uber is also available in London and the surrounding towns near the venue and hotels.

Uber is available in Taplow, but there may be limited options when the reception ends at midnight. You could pre-schedule an Uber, or the venue recommends a few reputable local taxi companies. You could pre-schedule with one of them, or call the evening of the ceremony.

We would love for everyone to join us dressed for the English garden party of the season! Think pastels, florals, light, and airy. For ladies, perhaps a cocktail or tea-length dress. For gentlemen, perhaps slacks, a nice shirt, and an optional blazer. Do keep in mind that this will be in the venue's garden area, so shoe choice may be an important factor!

We would greatly appreciate our guests to dress in formal attire. Men in dark suits or tuxes and women in long dresses is preferred, although cocktail or tea-length dresses would also be entirely appropriate. Please also consider footwear you can dance the night away in!

Unfortunately, due to this being an evening reception we are making it an adults only event with the exception of our immediate family. Please let us know if you need help making arrangements for child care for the night of the wedding!
