We technically met at a wedding.

We were paired up as bridesmaid and groomsman, walked down the aisle together, smiled for photos… and barely spoke.

At the time, we were just two people doing our wedding party duties — trying not to trip, remembering when to walk, and pretending we weren’t completely lost behind the “professional” wedding party smiles. If someone had told us that this was the beginning of our love story, we probably would have laughed… and then gone right back to ignoring each other like the pros we were.

We fulfilled our responsibilities beautifully.

And then… fast forward five months.

We saw each other again — and this time, we actually talked.

What started as a simple catch-up turned into easy conversation, real laughter, and that surprising realization of, “Wait… how did we not notice this before?” Suddenly, the person who once stood quietly beside us in wedding photos became someone we couldn’t stop thinking about.
