To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 1st. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

We would love to see our guests in Dressy cocktail/Formal wear. Dress code for men may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, long, midi or knee length dresses or pant suites are all acceptable. Florals and colors encouraged! Bridesmaid colors include pastel pink, blue, and yellow. Please keep in mind, the ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour and reception will be air conditioned.

A block of rooms have been reserved at The Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast. The Radisson is located at 2400 Old Lincoln Hwy, Trevose, PA 19053. Please see our “Hotel” section to book your room. There is no minimum night stay. However, hotel guests are invited to join us for the following events - Welcome drinks at the hotel bar on Thursday, 8/6 at 8 PM - School bus transportation to and from the wedding on Friday, 8/7 - Farewell breakfast on Saturday, 8/8 at 9:30 AM

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be held at River’s Edge at Pen Ryn Estate. Pen Ryn Estate is located at 1601 State Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guests} if a plus one has been given to you.

Unless your children are listed on your invitation, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for your children.

We ask that you arrive between 4:00 and 4:15 to find your seat. If you are staying at the Radisson Hotel, transportation will be provided.

For guests staying at the Radisson Hotel, there is transportation between the hotel and venue. Hop aboard a yellow school bus for Mr. Clark and Ms. Wagner’s wedding! School buses will pick up at 3:45 PM ahead of the ceremony; and then return at 10:00 and 10:30 PM to return guests to the hotel. Buses are air conditioned. There will be no transportation services during the reception.

There is parking for all wedding guests at Pen Ryn Estate with golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

We will have outdoor fire pits and lawn games if you need a break from dancing/noise.

Our reception will end at 10:30 PM. Afterwards, join the bride and groom at the “Library Lounge” bar at the hotel. Drinks will be available for purchase until 2 AM. Hotel guests are also invited to a farewell breakfast from 9:30 - 11:30 AM on Saturday morning.
