Introducing the soon-to-be newlyweds, Sarah and Mike. It's hard to believe that they grew up in the same area, Mike in Frankfort and Sarah in Mokena. They attended the same high school, and later college at the same time and never crossed paths. It wasn't until they joined the same kickball team that their lives were finally intertwined. It was an instant connection, and they've been inseparable ever since. Sarah and Mike share a love for adventure, with travel being one of their favorite pastimes. They've explored many adventurous destinations, from the bustling streets of New York City to the mountain tops of Arizona. They believe that travel is the best way to learn about new cultures, try new foods, and make unforgettable memories. Speaking of food, Sarah and Mike are also foodies at heart. They love trying new restaurants, cooking together- sparked by a home made pizza date night, and experimenting with new recipes. (Ever hear of the one time Mike mistook 6 cloves of garlic for 6 heads of garlic.) They appreciate the art of food and the way it brings people together. But what really brings Sarah and Mike together is their love for their friends and family. Each coming from an incredible family that is bursting with love and guides their path to a loving and successful marriage. They are also blessed to have a close-knit group of friends who they consider family. They love hosting dinners, game nights, and gatherings, and their friends always know they can count on them for a good time. As they prepare for their wedding day, Sarah and Mike couldn't be more excited to start their lives together. They've chosen a beautiful barn and vineyard as their venue, which perfectly captures their love for the outdoors and rustic charm but also their love for family. The Barn &amp; Vineyard is owned and operated by Sarah's family and soon to be Mikes Family. They can't wait to celebrate with their friends and family, and begin their journey as husband and wife.

Guest Time Line

Reservations for the block must be made before October 5, 2023 to receive the group rate. Block Code for Discount: MKW Check in 3pm. Check out 12pmIf you would like to get early bird check in (before 3pm standard check in) just call the front desk to request at time of booking .

Hotel Block Information

Mike and I are happy to announce that we will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel and venue so that our guests can enjoy the day without worry of commuting.       Transportation from Hotel to Venue: Boarding at 3:15 PM - Please be in the front lobby and ready to board the bus. Bus takes off at 3:30 PM To make it to the ceremony on time the bus will have to leave promptly at 3:30.       ﻿Transportation from Venue to Hotel: Please wait in the entrance lobby for the bus to pull up. Shuttle times: 10:00 pm, 11:30 pm

Arrive to the Ceremony Early? Wanting to kill some time before the wedding events start up? Looking to get a great family/couple Fall Photo for your Instagram while you are dressed to the 9s? Look no further- Located RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the wedding venue is a fun pumpkin patch and flower market. I highly suggest getting some fun pictures in the Sunflower Field or by the Mums while you are all dressed up. They have so many different Fall decorations and picture spots that if you have the time to walk over I highly suggest it. Also while you are over there make sure to get an APPLE CIDER DOUGHNUT! They are the Brides Favorite
