We met the good old fashioned way...Tinder. Honestly, it was one date, and the rest was history. After a few weeks of dating, we have been inseparable since!

We met for our first date on 3/1/23 (almost 1 week after we started talking). Our first date was at Los Agaves in Iowa City on a Wednesday evening. We spent the next 4-5 hours talking about life and our goals.

After a couple weeks, Brian asked if we could spend every day together. The rest was history!

Proposal story is actually quite funny. Brian had just received the ring and talked to my dad beforehand on a random Monday. Apparently, he decided he couldnt wait any longer to ask!

I got home late from working at the hospital around 8pm so I was tired, hungry, etc. I opened the fridge to look for some dinner, and he asked if he could ask me something. And I, in my hangry state, said, Not right now! Little did I know, he was on one knee when I turned around. Very cute and simple, which is a perfect representation of our relationship.
